Caring hands for children

     Therapists from non-governmental organisations are going directly to schools to train children with special educational needs under the Pilot Scheme on On-site Pre-school Rehabilitation Services.
 
     News.gov.hk spoke with the mother of a child who receives training under the scheme to see how it has changed their lives for the better.
