Baseball is a popular game in many countries but can be difficult to play in Hong Kong. Size constraints mean there are few venues and opportunities to play the game here, and the cost of baseball gear can be expensive.

     To deal with these issues and allow more locals to play the sport, the Hong Kong Baseball Association has developed an innovative variant called Baseball Six. It can be played in a smaller area using safer, cheaper equipment. It also simplifies and speeds up the game, making it more fun and exciting.

The President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind, received the first copy of the book ‘Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar: Vyakti Nahin Sankalp’ from the Vice President of India, Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu, who formally released it at a function held at Rashtrapati Bhavan today (April 14, 2018), to mark Dr B.R. Ambedkar’s birth anniversary.

The Defence Secretary, Shri Sanjay Mitra, IAS, visited Air Force Base at Sirsa, Haryana on 14 Apr 18. He was accompanied by Air Marshal SB Deo PVSM AVSM VM VSM ADC, Vice Chief of Air Staff.
