The interim leader of UKIP, Steve Crowther, has congratulated the Alternative fur Deutschland (AfD) on achieving its electoral breakthrough and entering the German Parliament with 13.5% of the vote.

“After fifteen months of doing nothing she has revealed her desired outcome”, Gerard Batten, the UKIP Brexit spokesman has condemned the Prime Minister’s Florence speech, but issued a call to arms for all those who voted for the UK to regain it’s independence.

UKIP interim leader Steve Crowther said: “It was hard to see what in Mrs May’s speech would conceivably move the EU’s position. Ernest entreaty and good faith is not a negotiating position, especially with the EU, when they are bent on an inflexible stance and a disadvantageous outcome to teach everyone a lesson.

Transport for London (TfL) have after much pressure from UKIP’s London Assembly Members, decided not to renew Uber’s licence to operate in London. Much concern has been raised about Uber’s work practices including employing their drivers at very low rates with little rights and how they report serious criminal offences. Uber’s desire to protect their brand above their concern for passengers has forced TfL’s hand.
