Philip Hammond confirms the enactment of UKIP policy in budget but overall his budget was a bit of a disappointment from a Welsh perspective.

During today’s Budget, Chancellor Philip Hammond announced that the NHS will receive a one-off cash injection of £2.8 billion. This includes £350m of immediate funds for this coming winter, £1.6 billion for 2018/19 and £850 million for the year after.
