     As the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 has been lifted by the Hong Kong Observatory at 5:20 am today (September 17), the Legislative Council (LegCo) Secretariat announced that the service of the LegCo Public Complaints Office, as well as public services in the LegCo Complex, including guided tours of the Complex for members of the public, the LegCo Library and the LegCo Archives, will gradually be resumed normal.
                
     Meanwhile, since the Education Bureau announced class suspension of all schools for today, LegCo’s education service for students, including guided educational tours of the Complex and the Children’s Corner, will continue to be suspended today. read more
