Missing man in Sau Mau Ping located

     A man who went missing in Sau Mau Ping was located.
      
     Yau Man-hoi, aged 72, went missing after he left his residence on Ngau Tau Kok Road on June 21 afternoon. His family made a report to Police on the same day.
      
     The man was located in Chai Wan MTR Station on June 23 night. He sustained no injuries and no suspicious circumstances were detected.




Phishing e-mail related to Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited

Red flags hoisted at several beaches

Here is an item of interest to swimmers.

     The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (June 25) that due to big waves, red flags have been hoisted at Stanley Main Beach, Turtle Cove Beach, Shek O Beach and Big Wave Bay Beach in Southern District, Hong Kong Island.

     Meanwhile, due to inclement weather, red flags have been hoisted at Clear Water Bay First Beach and Clear Water Bay Second Beach in Sai Kung District.

     Beach-goers are advised not to swim at these beaches.




Hongkong Post holiday arrangements for the day following Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Establishment Day

     Hongkong Post today (June 25) announced the postal service arrangements for the day following the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Establishment Day on July 2. No mail delivery and no mail collection will be provided. All post offices will be closed except for the General Post Office and the Airport Post Office. The business hours of these two offices will be from noon to 5pm and 8am to 5pm respectively. General postal services will be provided. Details of services available will be advertised at the respective post offices.

     Owing to the thunderstorm warning, the flag-raising ceremony to be conducted at Golden Bauhinia Square, Wan Chai at 8am today (June 25) will be cancelled.
