Suspension of Transport Department’s counter services at Sha Tin Licensing Office

     The Transport Department (TD) announced this afternoon (August 5) that owing to the situation in Sha Tin, the counter services at the TD's Sha Tin Licensing Office at 2/F, Sha Tin Government Offices, 1 Sheung Wo Che Road, Sha Tin, New Territories, are suspended until further notice.

     The effective exchange rate index for the Hong Kong dollar on Monday, August 5, 2019 is 106.6 (up 0.7 against last Saturday's index).

     The effective exchange rate index for the Hong Kong dollar on Saturday, August 3, 2019 was 105.9 (same as last Friday's index).

     The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) has announced that as at 3pm today (August 5), due to special circumstances in various districts, the following facilities have been temporarily closed.
