The Chief Medical Officer Dr Michael McBride has cautiously welcomed findings from the latest ‘Young Persons Behaviour & Attitudes Survey 2019: Substance Use’ bulletin but said there is no room for complacency.

I raised this with our local environment manager and received the following helpful response :
