£400,000 road improvement scheme for C624 Killeenan Road, Kildress

A resurfacing scheme on the C624 Killeenan Road, from the A505 Drum Road to the C621 Loughdoo Road, will commence today Wednesday 20 January 2021.

Poots announces plans to abolish the Agricultural Wages Board (AWB)

Agriculture Minister Edwin Poots MLA has announced his intention to commence the process to revoke the Agricultural Wages (Regulations) (Northern Ireland) Order 1977, which will abolish the Agricultural Wages Board (AWB) in Northern Ireland.

THE DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL AS TRAFFIC AUTHORITY being satisfied that traffic on the road should be prohibited by reason of Scottish Water mains repair works being carried out HEREBY PROHIBIT the driving of any vehicle in Strawberrybank, Dundee.
This notice comes into effect on Thursday 28 January 2021 for 1 day.
Pedestrian thoroughfare will be maintained.
Alternative routes for vehicles are available via Magdalen Yard Road / Windsor Street / Perth Road.

Mallon details plans on the resumption of driving tests

Infrastructure Minister Nichola Mallon today announced that customers with theory test pass certificates due to expire will be given priority access to the booking system by the Driver & Vehicle Agency (DVA) when practical driving tests are able to resume.
