The Transport Department (TD) today (September 26) announced that owing to a venue availability issue, the auction of personalised vehicle registration marks (PVRMs) originally scheduled for September 29 (Sunday) has been rescheduled to October 19 (Saturday) at Meeting Room S421, L4, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Wan Chai. The applicants concerned will be individually notified of the rescheduling arrangement in due course.
A total of 200 approved PVRMs will be put up for public auction on October 19. A list of the marks has been posted on the department's website, www.td.gov.hk.
Applicants who have paid a deposit of $5,000 for the PVRMs should participate in the bidding including the first bid at the reserve price. Otherwise, the PVRM concerned may be sold to another bidder at the reserve price.
