Art enchants from the ground up

     The Drainage Services Department's series of limited edition manhole covers, each bearing a coloured design representing a scenic Hong Kong landmark, is aimed at beautifying the city's infrastructure and enchanting pedestrians.

     News.gov.hk recently spoke with engineers from the department to learn about the new manhole covers' innovative features and durable designs. They shared insights into the creative concepts behind the project, and the methods employed in bringing new vibrancy to everyday infrastructure.
