“Art >< Creativity” exhibition series in Greater Bay Area connects with Hong Kong through creativity and art (with photos)
The "Art><Creativity" exhibition series in the Greater Bay Area, co-organised by the Art Promotion Office and the Hong Kong Designers Association, is running in four cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), namely Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Foshan, and Dongguan. The series features six exhibitions showcasing the works of 12 Hong Kong artists and designers, as well as a Shenzhen media artist. In this exhibition series, artists and designers work as creative partners to exchange concepts, experiences and expressions, inspire creative minds and generate innovative ideas for the goal of connecting Hong Kong and other cities in the GBA through creativity and art.
The first exhibition "Secret Adventures to the Depths of the Brain" was launched on January 9 at Nantou City of Shenzhen and runs until January 31. In the form of a travel diary, the exhibition transports the visitor into a fantastical world co-imagined by artist Jane Lee and designer Eddy Hui. The exhibition series also includes artists Angel Hui, Danny Lee, Lam Yau Sum, Chui Pui Chee and Margaret Chu; designers Michael Leung, Chris Cheung, Hong Ko, Benny Luk and Kin So; and Shenzhen media artist Eric Zhu.
The "Art><Creativity" exhibition series in the Greater Bay Area is presented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, co-organised by the Art Promotion Office and the Hong Kong Designers Association, with Shenzhen Fringe Art Centre being the project partner.
