To drum up public support for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games (POG), the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) set up Olympics Focal Site at designated sports centres in 18 districts to allow the public to watch the Games at the venues. The focal sites, running from July 27 to August 12, received around 70 000 visitors.

The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government procured the broadcasting rights of the POG and Paralympic Games (PPG) in Hong Kong, allowing all Hong Kong citizens to watch the Games for free. The LCSD set up Olympics Focal Site at designated venues in 18 districts to enable the public to watch the competitions of the POG and PPG at the venues and support the national team and Hong Kong athletes participating in the Games.

The PPG will be held from August 28 to September 8 (local time). The LCSD will also open the sites for the public to watch the PPG until the end of the Games. The opening hours and other details of the focal sites will be announced later.
