The Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD) announced today (June 7) that the exhibition galleries and theatre in the Visitor Centre of the Hong Kong Wetland Park will be closed temporarily from June 26 (Wednesday) for upgrading works.
The upgrading works aim to enhance the appeal of the Wetland Park as a green tourism spot by introducing interactive and information technology features to the Visitor Centre.
The upgrading works are anticipated to be completed by the end of next year. The AFCD will announce the latest opening arrangements of the said facilities on the Wetland Park website (www.wetlandpark.gov.hk). For opening arrangements of other facilities, please also visit the website.
