Green Party co-leader Carla Denyer said:
“The horrific scenes following the latest Israeli bombing in Rafah, and previous rocket fire from Hamas into Israel, underline why the UN Security Council must act today to enforce the order from the International Court of Justice to end the fighting, release hostages and dramatically increase the flow of humanitarian aid.
“This is the way to create the conditions necessary for a long-term political solution to the conflict.”
