The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) announced today (August 31) that with Super Typhoon Saola approaching Hong Kong, the opening of the park located east of Fan Kam Road, originally scheduled for tomorrow (September 1), will be postponed. The new opening time will be announced when the venue clearance work is completed by the LCSD after typhoon.
