Hongkong Post announced today (October 3) that with the gradual scaling up of air capacity provided by airlines, airmail services to Australia, Brazil, Cyprus, France, Israel, Latvia, Malta, Mauritius, Mexico, Peru, the United Arab Emirates and the United States will resume from October 5. Airmail services to Brazil, Israel, Mauritius and Peru may need additional conveyance time as they will be transited via other postal administrations.
