Public engagement on cycle track section between Tsuen Wan Bayview Garden and So Kwun Wat launched

     The Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) today (October 3) launched a two-month public engagement for the cycle track section between Tsuen Wan Bayview Garden and So Kwun Wat.

     The approximately 17-kilometre-long Tsuen Wan Bayview Garden and So Kwun Wat section is part of the New Territories Cycle Track Network. With a total length of about 82km, the New Territories Cycle Track Network runs from the east to the west of the New Territories, providing the public with a leisure and recreational option. The CEDD seeks to collect views from the public on this section through the public engagement before proceeding with the works.
 
     A roving exhibition, a co-design workshop and virtual reality bike experiences will be held during the public engagement period to help people learn more about the cycle track section. Members of the public are invited to give their views on or before December 2 through the dedicated website (www.twtm-cycletrack.hk) or the following channels:
