The Development Bureau (DEVB) announced today (May 12) the receipt of another application under the Land Sharing Pilot Scheme (LSPS).
The application concerns a site located to the south of She Shan Road, Lam Tsuen, Tai Po, covering about 5.2 hectares of private lots and adjoining government land, currently zoned "Agriculture". The application involves about 2 100 public housing/Starter Homes units (exact choice of subsidised housing type to be determined by the Government), 900 private housing flats and supporting facilities, with a total gross floor area of about 159 000 square metres. The application is jointly made by Asia Light Development Limited, Clover Success Limited and Gettenwood Company Limited. Their parent company is Wheelock Properties Limited.
The Land Sharing Office under the DEVB will co-ordinate with the departments concerned to facilitate and expedite the processing and vetting of the application.
