The Transport Department (TD) today (November 11) reminded members of the public planning to visit the M+ museum, which will be opened tomorrow (November 12) in the West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD), that they can make use of the following public transport services and walk to and from the M+ museum:
(1) MTR train services to Kowloon Station (Exit E) or Austin Station (Exit D);
(2) About 20 cross-harbour routes passing through the Western Harbour Crossing (boarding and alighting at the Western Harbour Crossing Toll Plaza bus stop); and
(3) Six franchised bus routes (KMB route Nos. 8, 11, 203E, 215X, 281A and 296D) or three green minibus (GMB) routes (route Nos. 26D, 74D and 77M) terminating at the Kowloon Station Public Transport Interchange (PTI) (boarding and alighting at en-route stops on Nga Cheung Road or Austin Road West).
Visitors may also consider taking the following public transport services terminating at the Kowloon Station PTI and passing the M+ museum on Museum Drive in the WKCD:

In addition, the water taxi ferry service will operate two special departures of the "Central – West Kowloon – Tsim Sha Tsui East – Central" short-working route service on a trial basis at 1.30pm and 2.40pm from Central on the opening day and on Sundays and public holidays from November 14 onwards. The special departures will travel to the WKCD and Tsim Sha Tsui East before returning to Central.
The TD has reminded public transport operators to closely monitor the passenger demand of relevant routes, and strengthen the services when necessary.
