Outdoor mobile specimen collection stations temporarily closed

A spokesman for the Food and Health Bureau reminded the public today (October 12) that outdoor mobile specimen collection stations will not open due to the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal no. 3. Persons who need to undergo COVID-19 testing may proceed to community testing centres (CTCs) or indoor mobile specimen collection stations for testing.

There are still plenty of booking and walk-in quotas for testing service at all 18 CTCs today and tomorrow. The CTCs provide self-paid testing services to the public for general community or private purposes (such as certifications for travelling or work) and free testing services for persons subject to compulsory testing or targeted groups requiring testing.
