The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Caspar Tsui, today (September 5) congratulated Hong Kong athlete Chu Man-kai on winning a silver medal in the Badminton Men's Singles SH6 event at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.
Mr Tsui said, "Chu Man-kai has achieved marvellous result with his extraordinary techniques. His great performance deserves our congratulations and applause."
