Hongkong Post today (November 20) announced that postal services to the destinations listed below will resume from tomorrow (November 21) as airlines have gradually scaled up their air traffic capacity and some postal administrations abroad have resumed acceptance of transit mail. Notwithstanding this, postal operations are still under the influence of the pandemic and mail delivery services may be subject to delay. The list of service types that will be available for destinations concerned is set out as follows:

*e-Express service provides basic mail tracking data (acceptance at counter, handed over to the carrier/left for destination, arrival at overseas mail processing centre and successful delivery) and will be treated as priority mail by the destinations. The weight limit is 2 kilograms.
In addition, as advised by postal administrations abroad about their suspension of transit services, airmail services (including Speedpost) to Bhutan, air letter and packet services to Democratic People's Republic Of Korea, surface letter and packet services to Dominica, Tonga and Ukraine, surface parcel service to Mariana Islands and surface mail services to Guam will be suspended from tomorrow.
