The Secretary for Transport and Housing, Mr Frank Chan Fan, will leave for Shenzhen this evening (October 29) and witness the signing ceremony of a public-private partnership project between MTR Consulting (Shenzhen) Co Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the MTR Corporation Limited, and the Shenzhen Municipal Government tomorrow morning (October 30).
Mr Chan will return to Hong Kong in the afternoon.
During his absence, the Under Secretary for Transport and Housing, Dr Raymond So Wai-man, will be the Acting Secretary for Transport and Housing.
