SHA expresses gratitude to CEO of West Kowloon Cultural District Authority for his contributions to the project

     The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Caspar Tsui, today (September 29) expressed his gratitude to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA), Mr Duncan Pescod, for his contributions to the development of the West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD) project.

     "We have learnt that Mr Pescod, by mutual consent with the Board of WKCDA, will leave the post of CEO of WKCDA with effect from November 28. I would like to thank him for his dedication and contribution to WKCDA over the past six years."

     Mr Tsui added, "WKCDA will commence a global search to identify a successor to the CEO. With regard to WKCDA's proposal on secondment from the Government to tide over the transitional period, the Government will consider and provide the necessary support."
