The Secretary for Transport and Housing, Mr Frank Chan Fan, will leave for Beijing at noon tomorrow (October 30).
Mr Chan will have meetings with the National Railway Administration and China State Railway Group Co Ltd on October 31. He will return to Hong Kong in the afternoon on November 1.
During his absence, the Under Secretary for Transport and Housing, Dr Raymond So Wai-man, will be the Acting Secretary for Transport and Housing.
