Protestors have been building barricades to block major roads at multiple locations including Central, Admiralty and Shum Shui Po areas. They also dug up bricks from the pavements, seriously endangering public safety. Police warn protestors to stop all illegal acts and appeal to members of the public to stay indoors and avoid travelling to the aforesaid areas.
